Andrew did his undergraduate degree in Mathematics and Management Studies at Cambridge University in the UK and was top in his Executive MBA at Cornell and Queens.  Notable achievements include:

Melissa May is a Controller at Hertford Advisors with seven years of experience running accounts for small and medium-sized companies. She has several years of experience managing a team, ensuring timely monthly closing, and leading company-wide software implementations. She is proficient with Excel and is able to develop a multitude of management reports including Financial Statements, Budgets, Forecasts, and Cashflow Projections. Melissa is currently completing her Accounting degree at the University of Ottawa. Notable skills include:

Aaron MacDonald is a Controller at Herftord Advisors with twelve years of experience in a finance role including eight years in a Senior Financial Analyst and Finance Manager role. He has a double major in Accounting and Marketing with a minor in Political Science from Saint Mary’s University in Halifax. Aaron specializes in advanced excel modelling, finding efficiencies in departmental processes and budget planning and analysis. Notable achievements include:

Bookkeeping Manager

Will Taylor is a Bookkeeping Manager with Hertford Advisors with six years of experience running accounts for small companies.  He is a QBO specialist with a deep understanding of every element of the software.  He has worked at Hertford since 2018 and is very familiar with all working methods and processes.  Will completed his undergraduate degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management at Harper Adams University in the UK and has lived in Ottawa since 2015.  Notable achievements include:

• Exceptional bookkeeper and controller, co-ordinating responsibility for reporting on up to eight clients at one time

• Full-service bookkeeper managing payroll, month-end reconciliations and a variety of other accounting functions
